Our goal is to make the process of getting-ready fun and relaxing for everyone. Your entire party should feel included and welcomed into the beauty experience. We are equipped to handle parties of any size and have experience working all skin tones and hair textures.
As you complete our bridal inquiry form, you will be sharing all the special details about your big day! This information allows us to determine our availability and confirm that we are a good fit to collaborate.
We try to respond in a timely manner to all inquiries! Please allow up to 24-48 hours to receive an initial response.
After reviewing our bridal pricing guide and your customized proposal, we can begin to walk you through the booking process! We require a $75 non-refundable booking retainer and a signed service contract to secure your booking in our calendar. We do allow the retainer to contribute towards the following services: bridal trial run, bridal portrait session, hair extension purchase.
We highly suggest brides come in for a trial run hair and makeup session. This appointment is such a great time for us to get to know you and hear all of your ideas for your bridal look! We will create a customized look based on your inspiration and once you see the final look, we are happy to make any adjustments needed.
The week before your wedding, we will do a final check-in and send over a detailed timeline for services.
On the big day, we will arrive 15-30 minutes early to set up. We will complete hair and makeup and then do final touch ups before we leave. Want us to stay for touch ups? Ask about our "After I Do" package!

At a young age, we developed our love for all things beauty. We used our talents all through high school and college, then we decided to pursue beauty school together. It is hard to believe we have been working in the hair and makeup industry for almost ten years!
The Beauty Tribe was established in 2017 and we are proud to say that over 150+ weddings have been completed by our company! We absolutely love what we do and can't wait to see what's in store for our future.
Although trial runs are not required, we do highly suggest them. Some brides prefer to come in at the time of booking and others use a bridal portrait session as an opportunity to schedule their trial run. Whatever works best for you!
We allot up to 2 hours for our trial run appointments. This allows us to show you several hairstyles and makeup looks, and time to make adjustments if needed. We welcome any inspiration photos to help us achieve your vision! Also, feel free to bring a family member or friend along for the appointment.
Please ensure that your hair is dry and clean and you have no makeup on prior to the application. Moisturizer, eye cream, etc. are welcomed to be used beforehand. We believe in taking care of your hair and skin for best results on your big day! This could be adding in a weekly face mask or getting your hair trimmed more often to keep it healthy. We are happy to provide any recommendations if needed!
We can accommodate groups of all sizes! Typically, we average 8-12 ladies per event. We both specialize in hair and makeup, making the process smoother and more efficient for everyone. We have a great team of independent hair and makeup artists that work in collaboration with us. Any event over ten ladies, who are all receiving hair and makeup services, will include an additional artist at no extra charge. If needed, groups with less than ten ladies are welcome to add on an additional artist for $200.
Our time on-site is based on your contracted services. We will stay until everyone is completed by your established ready time. Any person who received a service will be provided a complete hair and makeup touch up before we leave. We will also provide an individual lip touch up that can be used throughout the night. We do offer an add-on option called the “After I Do” Package. This service provides hair and makeup touch ups for anyone who received services, both before and after your ceremony. This is a charge of $100/hour, starting after your established ready by time. (Maximum $600)
Yes, we do offer airbrush makeup. We currently use the TEMPTU system in our kit. Several benefits of this system include long lasting wear, water resistance, and buildable coverage. We also use professional liquid foundation (brands including NARS, MAC, Estée Lauder, Too Faced & It Cosmetics). We are happy to provide our suggestion as to what would work best for your skin type to help achieve your overall look.
YES! We love working with hair extensions. We have a line of seamless extensions that we recommend for anyone who is wanting to add length and/or volume to their style. We offer a variety of options, with lengths ranging from 14 inches to 24 inches, and a wide range of colors, including dimensional shades such as highlights, ombre and balayage. We offer half and full pack options. For anyone interested in extensions, we recommend coming into our studio for a complimentary 30-minute consultation. There, we can color match your hair to ensure the extensions are a seamless match!
We are honored that you would like to join our Tribe! Once you have inquired via our website, we will respond promptly with our availability and any other notable information (day of service minimum, travel fee, etc.) Once we confirm our availability and you are ready to book, we will email you over our booking retainer invoice. This will hold the date for you. After that payment is secured, we will work with you to confirm your service count. After that is established, we will send over our contract for you to review and sign. We ask that a service count be confirmed, and your contract signed within 14 days of the booking retainer invoice being paid or the date will remain open.
